Returns Policy

We want everyone to find the best fit, so our returns policy simplifies getting the perfect size and style for your needs.

1. Contact us at info@asherbelle-equestrianwear.com.au with your request, and we will send you a returns form ASAP!

2. Fill out the returns form and send it back to us :)

3. We will then check your request meets the requirements of our Terms and Conditions*

4. If all requirements* are met your return and refund will proceed! If possible return the item directly to our warehouse and we will process your refund on receival. If you require a shipping label, follow the below steps. 

5. If necessary we will send you a pre paid shipping label.

6. Fasten the shipping label to the package you are returning and drop it at your local post office box for return.

7. Once we receive the item, and confirm it is in good condition we will refund your order!

*For an item to be refunded it must be returned undamaged, with original clothing tags and packaging. For a refund to be accepted the request for the refund must be made no later then 15 days after the item was received.

*Items that were purchased during a sale cannot be returned for a refund.
